A Bit About Me
My IT journey kicked off in September 2019, and it's been an exciting ride ever since!

In October 2019, I took on my first IT role as a Desktop Support Analyst with HBC's Saks Fifth Avenue corporate team. Fast forward to January 2023, I had two promotions and became a Senior Analyst in Executive Support. Along the way, I led major projects, showcased my expertise in customer support, and demonstrated leadership skills that helped shape my path. Most importantly, I found my passion for IT, confirming that this is the career I was meant to pursue!

In February 2023 I joined one of New York City’s largest hospital network, Mount Sinai as a Desktop Specialist level II. November 2025 I was promoted to Desktop Specialist level III. Every day, I’m proud to know that the work I do directly contributes to saving lives and improving patient care.

I thrive on training and mentoring others, meeting tight deadlines, and solving complex problems. My strengths include top-notch client services and expert troubleshooting, always ensuring smooth operations and optimal outcomes.
